Remote Access Enrollments allows employees unavailable during normal working hours, and in secondary locations to view enrollment presentations and information on a CD player, DVD player, desktop or laptop computer, as if they were attending the original meetings.
All benefits: Medical, Dental, Life, Disability, Long term care, Vision, Accident etc. can be rolled out without disrupting work time hours or holding employees for overtime.
Recorded, updated enrollments available to new hires and newly eligible employees.
Spouses can view portable enrollment information, in the comfort of their own home, even if the employee has attended the meeting.
